During Summer Break of school at age 16 I nailed my first construction
job. Growing up in central Florida instilled in me cracker box
construction, metal roofs, wide verandas and porches. After 30 years
in the business I have acquired a well balanced and in-depth knowledge
with hands-on experience in all phases of the construction field.
I have been a licensed contractor for 14 of those years.

My first license was held in the State of California around the San Francisco
Bay area as a General contractor. I moved back to Panama City Beach,
Florida for family reasons in 1994 and have held a license here ever
since. I am a Certified Builder here in Florida, (CBC060496) and serve
as President of Maynard Construction Inc.

We design most of our own homes with emphasis on kitchen and living
areas. Our homes highlight the use of real wood, natural stones,
metals, tile and concrete finishes and accents throughout. I am well
experienced in concrete and CMU construction. Having the wind and
water hazards here on the coast we are promoting the use of ICF
construction. My staff is well acquainted with and schooled in the
different areas and aspects of concrete used in construction of
homes. Our goal is to continue constructing well built, long lasting
homes here on the Gulf Coast.
